Seamless Business Funding LLC, acting solely as a broker, provides access to business funding and commercial financing products to individuals that own, operate, or partner in a company. Seamless Business Funding LLC is not a lender, bank, or financing company. Any funding or financing product comes from one or more of Seamless Business Funding LLC's relationship-based lenders or funding providers, and such lender(s) or provider(s) act as third-party funding sources. You may apply online and be initially prequalified based upon the application information you provide, after which a formal application process may be initiated and customers may be required to provide financial, business, and personal information. A credit report may be required, and such inquiries may be soft or hard inquiries as permitted by law and as reasonably necessary to evaluate your request. All underwriting decisions, approvals, denials, terms, rates, fees, disclosures, and funding decisions are determined solely by the applicable third-party funding source. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, funding, or any specific terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
